PROPER NUTRITION IS NEEDED TO AVOID LIFESTYLE DISEASES

Proper care to our body and proper rating of nutritous food is needed to protect us from diseases.Are you eating nutrious food? Yes, we must in order to make as healthy and to protect our body together with our health from diseases. All of us must eat proper and nutritious food to have good health and good future.
We need to eat proper and nutritious food to avoid us from diseases. Health is wealth. Life is beautiful so we must enjoy life longer if we take good care of our health. We must eat nutritious food. The basic three food group which is GO foods or the energy giving foods,the carbohydrates and fats which are the energy producing foods which contains calories that gives heat and energy to our body,GROW foods or body building foods which are the protein rich foods or GLOW foods or the body regulating foods which regulates body proccesses.All of these basic three food groups is what we need to have a good nutrition that make us healthy to avoid from any diseases. The food nutrients that we are need to our body are carbohydrates, fats, proteins,vitamin,mineral and water that helps to regulates our body and protects from any diseases. If we are lack of nutrients from our body we can easily get diseases that may cause illnesses. Avoid eating junk foods because it is not nutritious and it cannot give health benefits.
Friends, classmates, schoolmates, let us eat nutritious food and have proper nutrition in order to have good nutriton, good health and good future so that we can attain our goals in life. We need proper nutriton to avoid from any diseases.
